Scott Crabtree

Broker Associate

Scott Crabtree has been actively involved in different facets of the real estate industry since 2002. He brings creative solutions to the commercial real estate industry as a Boulder market specialist and asset generalist, working with a spectrum of clients.

Scott earned his MBA from the Leeds School of Business at the University of Colorado, with a focus in real estate. He prides himself on adding value and thinking of creative solutions for his clients, ranging from institutional investors to local single property owners – representing landlords with large portfolios to those with only a single commercial asset. Additionally, he thrives on helping growing companies obtain their first commercial space and guiding them as they grow and expand to reach their business goals and aspirations.

Scott and the Crabtree Team – have their office on Pearl Street in downtown Boulder to help better serve their clients’ needs, by keeping a pulse on Downtown and Boulder markets. His professional reputation and style are based on honesty, ethics, trust; and establishing long-term relationships.

Outside of business, Scott enjoys time with his family, opting outside, enjoying an adventurous life by traveling, surfing, biking, and enjoying quality food & drinks with good people.

Liz Amaro

Broker Associate

Liz’s love affair with Boulder County began when she moved from Kansas City in 2012 to attend the University of CU Boulder. After she graduated in 2015, she couldn’t imagine living and working anywhere else.

Liz’s Commercial Real Estate career started off in the marketing world, but her desire to learn more about this industry led her to earn her Broker’s license in 2017. Liz’s creative problem solving, and communication skills allow her to streamline every transaction while paying great attention to detail. She approaches every transaction with a proactive, professional, energetic and honest approach. Her ability to identity and focus on the goals of clients allow her to provide strategic guidance to help them achieve these goals.

In Liz’s spare time, you can almost always find her in the great outdoors enjoying fresh Colorado air and sunshine with her family friends, and of course, her dog, Dannie.

Kelly Ahman

Transaction and Operations Coordinator

Kelly is originally from Lima, Ohio, but followed her family to Colorado after graduating from the University of South Carolina. She began working seasonally at a summer camp specializing in mountain guiding and backpacking and intermittently taught outdoor education for the same organization. After a couple years of seasonal work between camps and ski resorts, she settled in Boulder in 2018 where she entered the world of outdoor retail. She spent several years in management between major retailers until she jumped at the opportunity to join the Crabtree Team as the transaction and operations coordinator. In her free time you’ll most likely find her running or biking the trails in Boulder, skiing at Eldora, or checking 14ers off her list!

Our team loves real estate and lives and breathes the Boulder lifestyle. Which means we can market and sell it as an investment better than anyone.
