Scott Crabtree

For over two decades, Scott Crabtree has been more than a commercial real estate broker - he's been a strategic partner for businesses and investors navigating Boulder's uniquely competitive market. With a deep understanding of the city's evolving landscape, Scott blends creative problem-solving, market intelligence, and a human-first approach to help clients unlock hidden opportunities.

A graduate of the Leeds School of Business at the University of Colorado with an MBA focused on real estate, Scott specializes in tailored solutions for a diverse range of clients - from institutional investors with large portfolios to first-time business owners securing their first commercial space. Whether he's guiding a high-growth company through expansion or structuring an investment deal that maximizes long-term value, Scott's approach is rooted in data-driven strategy, deep local knowledge, and genuine relationships.

Liz Amaro

Liz’s love affair with Boulder County began when she moved from Kansas City in 2012 to attend the University of CU Boulder. After she graduated in 2015, she couldn’t imagine living and working anywhere else.

Liz’s Commercial Real Estate career started off in the marketing world, but her desire to learn more about this industry led her to earn her Broker’s license in 2017. Liz’s creative problem solving, and communication skills allow her to streamline every transaction while paying great attention to detail. She approaches every transaction with a proactive, professional, energetic and honest approach. Her ability to identity and focus on the goals of clients allow her to provide strategic guidance to help them achieve these goals.

In Liz’s spare time, you can almost always find her in the great outdoors enjoying fresh Colorado air and sunshine with Istvan, Stevie, and of course their dog, Dannie.

Austin Fields

Broker Associate

Austin Fields, a native of North Charleston, SC, graduated from The Citadel with a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management. He began his career in the commercial energy management sector, where he honed his skills and expertise. Embracing new opportunities, Austin transitioned into real estate sales, leading to a significant move to the picturesque Boulder County, Colorado, with his family. This relocation marked a new chapter in his life, allowing him to blend his business acumen with a passion for commercial real estate in a vibrant and scenic community.

Kelly Stone

Transaction and Operations Manager

Kelly is based in Gunnison, Colorado, and has been a key member of the Crabtree Team for the past four years, serving as Transaction and Operations Manager. In this role, she supports deal execution, manages transaction workflows, and helps ensure seamless coordination across clients and team members. She also creates and manages the team’s quarterly newsletter and coordinates marketing efforts, helping maintain consistent communication and brand presence across all platforms.

Before transitioning into commercial real estate, Kelly built a diverse background rooted in the outdoor industry, including roles in mountain guiding, outdoor education, and retail management. This experience shaped her strong work ethic, attention to detail, and ability to thrive in fast-paced, dynamic environments.

Outside of work, Kelly embraces the Gunnison lifestyle and can often be found with her husband, Levi - running or biking local trails, skiing in the winter, climbing in the summer, or exploring Colorado’s high country.
